Yay for Twitter! What was lost has now been found

When my husband and I were on our honeymoon (many moons ago) we were able to travel through Italy and France. Somewhere in Italy I bought a beautiful round ceramic plaque - the outside border had colorful fruits and flowers. The inside was a simple relief of Our Lady and baby Jesus. And somehow I knew this belonged in kitchens . . . so that's where I put it when we returned, on a wall in our kitchen. About two yrs later, it fell off the wall and shattered into a million pieces.

Several weeks ago I thought I'd take some time to try to find one online. I wasn't sure what to call it. I tried googling "Italian kitchen madonna", "Italien ceramic plaque Our Lady" and various other combos. I couldn't find anything even close to it.

Today, Della Robbia Shop began following me on Twitter!

And guess what? That's it - that's the plaque. And there are several different styles. I haven't ordered one yet - so I can't actually come out and endorse this company (having no experience with them yet), but I'll probably be ordering one soon. They are a litte pricey. But cheaper than going back to Italy to find one.
