3-Minute Retreat

For those of us who do not have the time to step out to a quiet place to reflect, pray & read scripture, I have come across another wonderful site to share with you all. It is www.loyolapress.com. It is a Catholic site with prayers, articles, activities & facts of catholic life. My favorite is the 3 minute Retreat, what a wonderful moment to take just to reflect on God & refresh yourself with scripture for the day. You may click on the button below or the link above to check it out.

"3-Minute Retreats invite you to take a short prayer break right at your computer. Spend some quiet time reflecting on a Scripture passage.

Knowing that not everyone prays at the same pace, you have control over the pace of the retreat. After each screen, a Continue button will appear. Click it when you are ready to move on. If you are new to online prayer, the basic timing of the screens will guide you through the experience."

Thank you for sharing this. It is a reminder to me when I don't have as much time as I would like in my day, that I can always do the 3-minute retreat.
