Farro recipes??

Just found this at my Costco. Farro. It is a grain. They had a sample some weeks back at the store using this as a breakfast cereal. They added blueberries, walnuts and maple syrup. VERY yummy. Without a recipe, I just kind of winged it yesterday and got it pretty darn close. Anyone here ever use it and have any good recipes to share??
