Hi Jamie, this isn't a scrapbooking project per se, but it does involve using a stamp pad, which a lot of scrapbookers have, so: You take one of those "cubes" of note paper (or sticky notes would work, too) about 4"x4". Have…

A sacraments album sounds like a wonderful gift! How thoughtful of your friend! And you are so right, Lynn, about gladly preserving the memories for our children, but not pinning down our own "first person" experiences as readily.

Speaking as a scrapbooking "consumer", it would appeal to me if a consultant would sponsor a Saturday event at the Parish Center where people could work on scrapbooking the pictures from the baptisms, First Communions, Confirmation,…

Yes, Bow Valley is right, because I heard on KBRX radio Funeral Notices, that Fr. Olsen would be officiating for a funeral in Bow Valley.

So, yeah, I was so inspired by the group here, that I (no drum roll!) Got out my box of PIPs and thumbed through them, then put the lid back on the box. I did spend over an hour yesterday printing out photos (digital scrapbooking? I've barely…

I also love scrapbooking etc. (like the 4 times a year I actually DO any) but I settle for reading magazines & catalogs. Have you seen Catholic Rubber Stamps? I haven't been to their website for a while, but they had some neat things, the…

Hi Anna, your DH is from Hartington, if I am correct that is the lucky parish that Fr. Eric Olson is recently assigned to. A very gifted and one-of-a-kind priest that O'Neill was blessed to have for a while. We hope to get over there for mass…

Hi Natalie, I just joined this site myself. Dh is from Hartington, but we don't usually make it as far west as O'Neill. :-) Nice to meet you!

Very lovely church there, lots of statues/stained glass. We'll have to make it there some weekend when we visit so we can meet him (though we're big fans of Fr. Loeske in Hartington too).
