If you want to start with a lower dose, trader Joe's has a 500mcg chewable tablet that tastes like peppermint. Ive seen it sold in 1 mg, 3 mg, and 5mg tablets at my local grocery store.

It's 3 segments of strenthening, cardio, and abs. There are 3 levels, but I'm still on beginners. It was just $8.99 at Target a week or two ago. Great tip about listening to podcasts. I'm going to try that.
