time for working out
I have always worked out at least 5 days a week, but as the kiddos are born it gets harder to justify working out when the kiddos are awake. I try to workout before they awake, but being pregnant and not sleeping well, it is hard to get up early enough. I would like to be able to go to a gym or find some other way to get a workout, but don't want to neglect my children or be selfish. What do you think about taking children to the gym childcare etc?
