Joan Wester Anderson replied to Mary L. Sena's discussion 'Anne Rice's new one' in the group "Catholic Book Club"
Dont know if this is true, but last week I read in the paper that Anne Rice left the Catholic Church saying she doesnt believe it anymore.

Moms Go Where Angels Fear to Tread

A  hopefully humorous book on family life, written by me, Joan Wester Anderson.  I have done a series on angels and miracles, and just recently started blogging for Guideposts.com.  Guidepostswanted a two-book series, so the second wll be out in spring, 2011.  In the meantime, I'm hoping that any of you moms might read Moms Go...and give me your thoughts, especially if it's relevant to today's families.See More

Tell us about yourself
I am a Catholic writer who has been writing for catholic publications for 35 years. (Yikes!) I have written 15 books, but the most recent seven were a series on angels and miracles (originally published by Random House, and and picked up by Loyola Press. ) Right now I have a book written for younger moms, titled Moms Go Where Angels Fear to Tread (Guideposts). I am conerned about today's younger moms because they are more isolated than my generation was, and I think that contributes to them worrying more and enjoying motherhood less.

Anyway, I am hoping to let them know about Moms Go...and also enjoy being part of a Catholic group.
