Tell us about yourself: I'm a convert Catholic Homeschooling mom of 6 beautiful daughters and have the most amazing nanny, so much I think of her as one of my own girls! I teach 4th, 1st, K & Pre and have twin babies who were born as 10 week premies, but with God's blessings are healthy rollie pollies now!

I am a Marine Corps spouse who volunteers especially to families in need when deployment times are hard.

Also, I am undergoing treatment for Triple Negative Breast Cancer. I have had a double Mastectomy, chemo and radiation, and the most amazing support system anyone could even imagine.

I had not blogged in a while because I was so sick with my chemo, but am back at it at mrsmurphysmethods.blogspot.com. It has everthing from living frugally, to homeschooling and military resources, to Catholic living and celebrating the liturgical year to now cancer and health research and much much more.
