Where are you ramblin' these days?
Today I took the kids to the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum, a wonderful little science museum near us. They even have a room for really little kids -- under 4.
I promised Christopher an ice-cream cone if he made it all the way across the rock wall without stopping. Then Sarah and I cheered him on the whole way. We wanted ice cream, too!

today we are going to the stocked ponds near our house. the man who keeps them calls it "recreational grocery shopping". it's free to go and they provide all the gear and tackle and stuff. but whatever you catch is 4$/lb. today is my oldest's birthday and i figured he'd like it.

she cracked me up. she didn't know what was happening when that water started to churn. i think it took her COMPLETELY off guard. she ate it with a will though, and asked for more, and then some more. lol.
