I haven't been able to visit in a very long while. I've been busy with family and writing. I wonder if you knew about my latest book for women: "A Catholic Woman's Book of Prayers."? You can see a review here: http://viewdomesticchurch.blogspot.com/2011/06/review-of-catholic-w... as well as many more on this blog and also on my website.

And you can order autographed copies here if interested: www.donnacooperoboyle.com.

Here's a bit of news about my Mother Teresa book to be re-released very soon: http://viewdomesticchurch.blogspot.com/2011/07/exciting.htm

God bless you all!

Hi everyone! I love to read. If you want fiction that is authentically Catholic you'd enjoy Emily's Hope by Ellen Gable - details and preview at http://www.fullquiverpublishing.com/ . Her new book In Name Only was released in June and I am going to read it soon.

I have been asked to talk about some of my books here. I want to mention that my Mother Teresa book: "Mother Teresa and Me: Ten Years of Friendship" will be released in September. I have a couple of recent radio segments linked to my blogs which talk about the book in case anyone would like to listen. You can check them out at www.viewdomesticchurch.blogspot.com or go to my main website and look at the blog page: www.donnacooperoboyle.com

God bless!

Hi, Keri,

Yes, they are authentically Catholic. Some have Imprimaturs and Nihil Obstats. For your first book, it depends on what you're looking for. Do you want something on Catholic mothering? If so, I have 5 books in that category, which includes a pregnancy book/journal. I have a small inspirational saints' book and the 2 new books coming out that I previously mentioned. Maybe you'd like to start with Grace Cafe or The Heart of Motherhood. The Domestic Church is good to start with too and is a study of the vocation of Catholic mothering and can be done individually or within a group setting. I hope this helps. :)
God bless you!

Donna, Thank you!! Wow, I don't think I have every had an author respond to me...what service!! Your books sound great & authentically Catholic!! I am a pretty traditional Catholic & am sensitive to what I read. :)

Hi Keri,

Thanks for asking. :) You can get all of my books from my website: www.donnacooperoboyle.com. Amazon.Com and Barnes & Noble.Com carry them as well. You can also get them from the publishers. One of my publishers is Our Sunday Visitor, one is Crossroad Publishing, one is Circle Press (the sister to Faith & Family!) and one is Alpha/Penguin. If you order through me, I will autograph them and send them right out to you. I also provide discounts to study groups.

I am taking pre-orders for autographed copies of my Mother Teresa book - "Mother Teresa and Me: Ten Years of Friendship" with Circle Press due out in September.

I hope this helps. :)

God bless!

It's all about Catholicism and spoken from the heart and about the heart of the faith. It will hopefully appeal to all, not just Catholics - but those wanting to know more about Cathloicism.
