Did anyone attend the Dayton Catholic Homeschooling conference. I did. I really enjoyed hearing Archbishop Schnurr. He stated in his homily that having and transmitting the faith is the most important thing and that we homeschoolers are doing an obviously very good job in that mission. He commended the homeschool students in their participation in the church. It was refreshing to hear.

If you attended, what was noteworthy to you?

We didn't make it to the early morning Mass. This was our first time attending the Dayton conference. The last one we attended was '03 in Virginia (NACHE). We loved the talks by Ginny Seuffert and Jim Weiss.
The Mass was wonderful. I was very honored to have the Archbishop there. I didn't hear many talks - just shopped a little and went home. It was my first time at the Dayton Conference as well.
