Our Diocese is closing 19 parishes

First pray that we can calm the anger and console the grieving.
second-- I've had an idea on my heart that I hope could help. I'm praying for guidance and discernment taht this is not just a good idea but a God Idea.

Prayers coming for you and yours.... here in the Archdiocese of Boston, there were 63 parishes closed in recent years. It was very painful for many parishioners. Some people still feel "homeless" and without roots. We must hold each other close, in Christian fellowship, and gather around Christ in the Eucharist, no matter where that winds up being. Those searching for new parish homes need fortitude and hope; those whose parishes remain open need to earnestly reach out to the newcomers with charity and generosity and hospitality. Let us pray for one another. Please update us on how it is going when you can.
