Favorite International Feasts!

This year's VBS at my parish is called "Adventure with the Apostles: The Church Around the World." Each day we focus on a different part of the globe: Africa, Europe, Asia, Latin America, North America.

At EMN I recently put together a Vegetarian Feast featuring lentils and rice, and homemade naan bread ... but I'd like some recipes from other parts of the globe! Tell me -- what is your favorite "international" fare?
